In many architectural projects, furniture is treated as something that comes at the end.

The building is completed, the interiors are designed, and only then does furniture get selected.

But in reality, furniture plays a fundamental role in how spaces are experienced.

Furniture defines how people move through a space, how rooms function, and how comfortable a home ultimately feels.

Because my work spans real estate development, design, and furniture, I often approach projects differently.

When furniture is considered earlier in the process, it allows architecture and interiors to work together much more naturally.

The result is not just a building — it becomes a complete living environment.
