[Flagship Boutique – Commercial Project]

Maison Territo

A ground-up flagship boutique designed as an immersive retail environment at the intersection of design, fashion, and lifestyle.

Project Overview

Maison Territo is a ground-up commercial project conceived as more than a store — it was designed as an immersive boutique at the intersection of design, fashion, and lifestyle.

The concept phase spanned one full year, allowing time to refine the vision, align brand positioning, and design a space capable of hosting multiple identities under one cohesive architectural language. Construction was then executed in an accelerated four-month timeline, including all custom millwork.

At 11,000 square feet, the challenge was not scale, but orchestration.

[The challenges behind the build]

Key Challenges

Balancing four distinct brand identities within a single architectural narrative

Working within strict international brand guidelines while adapting to local codes and construction realities

Coordinating directly with global design teams, including in-person collaboration in Milan

Designing cohesion without uniformity across brand zones

Delivering fully custom millwork within an accelerated construction schedule

Integrating sensory elements, including a bespoke signature fragrance, as part of the architectural experience

Design Intent

The space was designed to host Fendi Casa, Dolce & Gabbana Casa, Versace Home, and Bentley Home, each with its own architectural language and strict global guidelines.

The objective was to allow each brand to be represented authentically, while maintaining a unified, fluid environment unmistakably Maison Territo.

Global Collaboration

The design process extended beyond drawings and site work. We travelled to Milan to collaborate directly with the brands’ architects and design teams, aligning on spatial intent, materials, proportions, and brand-specific requirements. This ensured each brand was represented authentically, while remaining part of a coherent whole.

Transformation

Sensory Design

Beyond architecture and interiors, the project was developed as a multi-sensory experience. Particular attention was given to atmosphere — sound, light, materials, and scent. A custom signature fragrance was developed specifically for the boutique, reinforcing identity, emotional connection, and memorability.

Delivered Outcome

For Architects & Designers

I work at the intersection of local execution and international design culture.

My projects often involve direct collaboration with global brand teams, architects, and designers — aligning international standards with local realities. I value partnerships with architects and designers who are comfortable working within structured brand frameworks, engaging in dialogue across cultures, and translating complex identities into coherent, buildable spaces.

Strong projects come from shared language, mutual respect, and clear intent — whether the collaboration is local or international.
