A fully custom penthouse designed from the ground up, integrating architecture, interior design, and a private rooftop experience.
Spanning a three-year timeline, the project involved the complete conceptualization, planning, and furnishing of the penthouse, with a strong emphasis on customization and experiential living.
The defining challenge — and centerpiece of the project — was the creation of a private rooftop environment, including a pool and dedicated outdoor living spaces. Integrating these elements required close coordination between spatial planning, structural considerations, technical systems, and long-term durability.
Designing the floor plan from scratch allowed the interior and rooftop to be conceived as a single, continuous experience. Circulation, sightlines, and transitions were carefully studied to ensure the residence feels fluid, balanced, and intentional.

Every aspect of the project was custom-designed. From layouts and material selections to built-in elements and furnishings, nothing was generic.
The penthouse was fully furnished, with each piece selected or designed to reinforce the overall concept rather than follow trends.
The private rooftop environment serves as the defining feature of the penthouse. It includes a pool and dedicated outdoor living areas, designed as a true extension of the interior rather than a separate space.
Integrating these elements required careful coordination between spatial planning, structural engineering, technical systems, and long-term durability considerations.
A private indoor sauna was integrated directly into the interior program as part of the overall wellness concept.
This attention to wellness complements the fully customized interior and rooftop, ensuring the residence supports both comfort and lifestyle.
The final result is a highly personalized residence where architecture, wellness, and lifestyle are seamlessly integrated.
The project reflects a holistic approach to residential design, where every decision serves both function and experience, creating a home that feels considered, cohesive, and enduring.
