789 Dunlop was an aging residential property that required a full transformation without losing the essence of the original home. The challenge was not only technical, but philosophical: how to bring the house fully into the present while respecting its past.

Rather than imposing a new identity, the design worked with what was already there, enhancing functionality while preserving character.
